Ingredients required -

For the filling -
 3-radish.
1/2 tsp -red chillie.
1/2 tsp - corainder powder.
2 - green chillies , finely chopped.
2 tsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped.
salt to taste.

For the dough -
2 cups - wheat flour.
salt to taste.
water as required.
oil for frying.

How to make Mooli Parata -


Add wheat flour, salt and water and kneed to stiff dough. cover and keep it aside.

peel and grate the radish, squeeze and drain all the water.
heat the pan, fry the radish until most of it's water content is gone. Add salt, red chillie powder, green chillies, corainder leaves, coriander powder and mis well. allow it to cool.

Take some dough and roll into small puri, put 2 tsp of stuffing and cover all the sides. roll again into a thick, round parata.
fry it on the tawa, add oil as required and roast it on both sides.
Tastes best with thick yoghurt(dahi).
