Tomato soup

serves 4- 5 
ingredients required -

10 -ripe tomatoes [small]
1 - green chillie
1/2 tsp - sugar
2 tsp - butter
1 cup - water
1/4 tsp - corn flour
salt and pepper to taste


How to make tomato soup - 

cook the tomatoes and green chillie in boiling water for 15 minutes ( or pressure cook the tomatoes and turn off on the first whistle) and immediately transfer them into cold water. peel  the tomatoes and blend it in a mixie or food processor into fine puree

pour the puree into a thick bottom vessel, add one cup of water and bring it to boil.

mix corn flour with 2 tsps of normal water and add it into the vessel.

now add sugar and salt and let it boil for about 5 min.

season with pepper and finely chopped coriander (optional)and serve hot
