Mattar Masala Sandwich

Ingredients required -

250 gm - fresh peas ( boiled ).
2 - onions, finely chopped.
2 - tomatoes, finely chopped.
2 tsp - oil.
1/2 tsp - ginger garlic paste.
1 tsp - red chillie powder.
1/2 tsp - garam masala.
1/4 cup - water.
salt - taste to taste.

How to make Matar Masala Sandwich-



Heat oil in a pan,  add abt 2 tsp of onions and ginger garlic paste and fry till golden brown.
now add tomatoes and add salt. 
let it cook for about 3 mins on
medium flame.now press it from the back of a spoon and mash the tomatoes. no
w add the cooked peas and stir, pour the water and let it cook in low flame till te w
ater evaporates.turn off the gas and add the rest of the onion and mix well.



now take a slice of bread and spread a
 spoon full of mattar masala on it, cover
 with another slice over it. now heat it on a tawa on both sides till roasted.
