YUMMY AND PERFECT FOR THE COLD WEATHER !!

ingredients required -

1/2 cup -  boiled and mashed potatoes.
1  cup -  boiled peas and half crushed.
about 8 - 10 mint leaves, finely chopped.
1 1/2 tsp - garam masala.
2 - green chillies, finely chopped.
salt to taste
oil for deep frying.

How to make Mattar Aloo Pudina Tikki -

combine all ingredients and mix well .
divide the mixture into 8 - 10 portions and shape each into a round tikki.
heat the oil in a deep vessel and deep fry on a medium flame till the tikkis are golden brown from all sides.
