250 gms - paneer[square pieces].
2 - onions, finely chopped.
2-3 - tomatoes, finely chopped.
3 tsp - ginger garlic paste.
2 tsp - red chillie powder.
2 tsp - coriander powder.
1 tsp - garam masala.
4 - 5 tsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped.
1/2 cup - cream.
3 tsp - oil.
salt to taste.
How to make Paneer Butter Masala -
Pour oil in a frying pan, fry the paneer pieces till light brown and keep aside.
heat oil, fry onions till golden brown. add ginger garlic paste, chillie p
owder, coriander powder. cook for 2 min and add tomatoes to it.fry it throughly and mash it with the back of the spoon.
add garam masala, salt, cream and mix well. let the ingredients come to boil. Now add paneer pieces to it and cook for about 3 - 5 min.
Garnish with coriander and serve.
