ginger chutney

you need - 

5-6 pieces of fresh ginger
1/2 tsp urad dal
5  tsp grated coconut
2-3 red chillies
small piece of jaggery
tamarind
oil for seasoning
hing for seasoning
salt to taste

how to prepare ginger chutney -

Fry the Urad dal till red, keep aside.
Fry the red chillies 
put all te ingredients into a food processor / mixer 
add little water and salt to taste and grind into fine paste or chutney.
