Ingredients Required -
1 cup - Aloo filling (mash the steamed aloo and season it as per your requirements, use green chillies and garam masala for the spicy taste,you could use fresh green peas too)
1 cup - maida
1/4 tsp - ajjwain
salt to taste
water
oil for deep frying
How to make Aloo Samosa -
Mix maida, one pinch salt, ajjwain, 2 tsp smoking hot oil and water to form a dough (similar to the one you make roti or chapathi)
Now take small quanity of the dough (depending on the size of the samosa you desire) and use a pin to make flat, round, thin samosa base.
using a knife cut the samosa base it two equal halves and form a triangular cone ( use water as a glue to stick the ends )
Now Fill the samosa with the aloo filling and seal it.
deep fry the samosa's and serve them hot.
