1 - Large gobi. (cut into large pieces and soaked in
boiling water for about 10 minutes along with turmeric and
salt)
2 tsp - Ginger garlic paste.
2 tsp - Garam masala.
2 tsp - red chilli powder.
2- 3 tsp - Lime juice.
6 - Green chillies.
1 cup - Chopped onion.
1 1/2 cup - Chopped tomatoes.
2 cloves - chopped garlic.
How to make Gobi Masala -
Mix ginger garlic paste, garam masala, lime juice, red chillie powder in a wide vessel.
Add Gobi pieces into it and mix well and let it soak (marinate) for about 10- 15 minutes.
In a kadai, heat oil and add chopped onions and chopped garlic and fry them. Add tomatoes and salt and let the tomatoes soften completely.
In a separate pan, heat about 5 -6 tsp oil and fry the marinated gobi.
Now add the fried gobi to the kadai and bring it to boil.
